Do you accept housing benefit (DSS)?+
Yes, housing benefit tenants are welcome. I consider all applications on their individual merits.
Are pets allowed?+
Yes, pets are considered with prior approval and consent. Please mention any pets when you enquire so we can discuss.
What type of tenancy agreement do you use?+
All tenancies are Periodic Assured Tenancies under the Renters Act 2026. There is no fixed end date — the tenancy rolls on periodically, giving both parties flexibility with proper notice.
Is a guarantor required?+
A guarantor may be required depending on individual circumstances — for example, if referencing indicates it would be appropriate. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
How much deposit do you require?+
A deposit of 5 weeks' rent is required. This is held in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme in accordance with legal requirements.
Are there any agency or admin fees?+
No. I let all properties directly so there are no agency fees, no admin charges and no referencing fees passed on to you.
How do I register interest for a future property?+
